Hite beer might be the worst beer ever brewed. Really. It is terrible, possibly worse than Chelada. I tried drinking an entire six pack but could not and as the bible says ”Waste not and forever hold your peace.” So what do you do with beer you cannot tolerate drinking? You shove it up the ass of a chicken! Half a can of beer, a little salt and a little pepper make for a wonderful bird. Troy was so delicious I forgot to take pictures of him cooked but I can assure you he looked and tasted great. This beer was drank with some left over New Year’s Eve beer. No fancy shmancy beer pairings for this bird.
